Harding Academy's biggest fundraiser of the year is Taste of Harding. 25-35 local food vendors donate their time and food to our event to help raise money for future scholarships. The event took place on Saturday night and it was our first time to attend. Such a great evening with great food and fellowship and some fun music as well. The event was at the barn at the Agricenter's Farmer's Market. The food was fabulous and I loved tasting so many different dishes. Of course the desserts were my favorite and Frost Bake Shop's strawberry cake was divine and won first place! The kids ran around with their friends and we had a good time. Alumni awards were presented as well as awards for the food vendors. Great event that raised over $90,000 for Harding academy wtih net proceeds over $75,000. Fabulous turnout!
