We had such a great time on Christmas. We were able to share time with just our family for a few hours before venturing to my mom's house and my dad's house. The girls were worn out by the end of the day but very much enjoyed the spirit of the day. I've included some highlights below.....

one of ONLY 2 things Caroline asked for....set of 7 princesses (already had some but she did not seem to care when she asked for it from santa!)
anna got her own netbook computer from gammy....we missed gammy this year. she was in the frozen world of rapid city....even she admitted it was cold!!

a garmin for gary's bike rides....now when everyone asks him where he rides he can show them!!
our budding star on her microphone. this was a favorite gift from my brother....concerts all day, every day!!
puppet theatre from my dad and julie. the kids have been very creative with it
my nephew henry playing catch with gary....we've got a true athlete on our hands and he is just three years old.

So Santa lays the presents out at your house, huh? That is my family's traditional way of doing things, but Adam's Santa always wrapped everything. Interesting...
rachel--i've never had santa wrap anything...isn't funny how people do things differently?? we always had everything out in the open at our house!!
